Spatial control for changing operational sites

Connect terrain, assets, access and field change to an operating record teams can trust.

Geospatial Net supports mining, quarrying and resources teams with GIS architecture, LiDAR and point-cloud processing, RTK field mapping, site and utility asset data, automation and operational reporting. The work centres on controlled spatial evidence and implementation, not geological or statutory claims outside the agreed competence.

No polished brief required. Start with the corridor, asset data or workflow that is holding delivery back.

Where delivery loses control

Three recurring data and workflow problems.

The first project review confirms which issue is material, what evidence exists and who owns acceptance.

Site conditions change faster than records

Roads, stockpiles, utilities, facilities, rehabilitation areas and access controls evolve while drawings and GIS updates lag behind.

Survey and operational data do not align

Coordinate systems, identifiers, capture dates, accuracy and source authority are inconsistent across contractors and systems.

Dense capture is not decision-ready

Point clouds and imagery arrive without the classifications, derived features, comparisons or quality record needed by operations.

What can be delivered

Technical outputs with explicit acceptance and ownership.

Final formats, accuracy, review roles and regulated responsibilities are agreed before production work scales.

  • Registered and classified point clouds with QA record
  • Terrain, surface and change-analysis datasets
  • Road, facility, utility and operational asset layers
  • Field forms, inspection evidence and exception register
  • Automated data conversion and validation workflows
  • GIS, CAD, dashboard and handover packages

Who this can support

Owner, operator, programme and delivery teams.

Professional boundaries

Evidence and implementation do not replace regulated authority.

Mining engineering, resource estimation, licensed surveying, safety decisions and regulated environmental approval remain with the appropriately qualified and authorised professionals. Our role is to make spatial evidence, asset data and processing traceable and usable.

Common project questions

Clarify fit before committing to rollout.

These answers describe our normal delivery approach. Contract, access and jurisdiction requirements determine the final scope.

Can you process data captured by another survey provider?

Yes. We first inspect coordinate control, coverage, density, metadata and the required deliverable. Limitations and recapture needs remain visible.

Can outputs connect to existing mine systems?

Yes. Integration can target the agreed GIS, CAD, BIM, asset, document or reporting environment using controlled identifiers and exchange rules.

Do you provide volume calculations?

We can produce surfaces, processing records and calculation-ready datasets, and can implement agreed methods. Survey or commercial certification remains with the qualified authority required by the project.

A low-risk first step

Start with one changing site area, asset class or point-cloud backlog.

Share one representative work package, dataset or stalled workflow. We will identify the missing inputs, acceptance gates and smallest pilot that can produce a useful decision.

Request a project review

Start with a focused scope. Agree the inputs, outputs and acceptance criteria before scaling.
