Technical data and preferences

Hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser, device, request time and error information. To protect the enquiry form, we use a hidden spam-trap field and short-lived submission counters linked to salted hashes of email and connection identifiers. Counters expire within one hour. The website notice stores your acknowledgement locally in your browser. Optional analytics is not installed. A configured service and appropriate privacy controls are required before enabling it.

Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by authorised hosting, email, form and security providers supporting the website. Enquiries are retained only as long as needed for the conversation, legal obligations and legitimate business records.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction or deletion where applicable. Data-controller identity, registered address and a dedicated privacy contact must be confirmed before this staging site is approved for public launch.
